Rollease Acmeda acquires Texstyle to form leading global fabric supplier
Rollease Acmeda has acquired Texstyle to form one of the largest independent fabric supply businesses in the window covering industry, complementing its leading engineered manual and motorized component design, manufacturing and distribution business. Texstyle’s senior management team will remain in place and take over responsibility for Rollease Acmeda’s fast-growing US-based fabric supply business, already one of the largest such businesses in North America.

This transaction marks another major investment of growth capital by ShoreView Industries, a Minneapolis-based investment firm, in support of management’s efforts to increase their companies’ product lines, expand geographically and otherwise enhance customer support. ShoreView Industries invested in Rollease, Inc. in 2013, followed promptly by the merger of Rollease and Acmeda Pty Ltd. in 2014 to form the multi-national group renamed Rollease Acmeda.
Rollease Acmeda, together with its new fabric division, Texstyle, will serve over 2,000 customers in over 40 countries around the world. The company, with seven facilities in three countries, will offer over 10,000 discrete products and plans to further invest in its businesses, products and people, aiming to provide the highest quality products and services to its international customer base.
