Rollease Acmeda acquires Texstyle to form leading global fabric supplier
Rollease Acmeda has acquired Texstyle to form one of the largest independent fabric supply businesses in the window covering industry, complementing its leading engineered manual and motorised component design, manufacturing and distribution business.
Texstyle’s senior management team will remain in place and assume responsibility for Rollease Acmeda’s fast-growing US-based fabric supply business. For Australia & New Zealand, it will be business as usual.

The group will serve over 2,000 customers in over 40 countries around the world. With seven facilities in three countries, it will offer over 10,000 discrete products, with plans to further invest back into the businesses, products and people, aiming to provide the highest quality products and services to its international customer base.
