Functional Features:
- With a greater lifting force of 20Nm, it is more capable to accommodate for:
o Ever increasing system sizes with the new 78 HD tube
o Ongoing popularity to back tension with Locks and tie downs
- Gears now machined directly from high Rockwell hardness billet alloy (5:1 gear, is cast)
- Recommended for:
o Pivot arms
o Zipscreen, Wire guide, Channel guide, Straight drop with tie down / lock system
The existing 5:1 (7.5Nm) gear crank is still available:
o Make sure you refer to the latest manuals for updated charts to know when to use the 5:1 or 8:1 gear (Available on the Rollease Acmeda website closer to availability).
Production/Installation Features:
- Installation is identical to the existing 5:1 gear system
- No Change to deductions and can be retro fitted in place of a 5:1
